How it works

Choose and order your keepsake

Browse the website and choose an item(s) that suits you. Please read the attached descriptions so you know how many items to send for fulfilment of your order.

Select and send your clothes

Once you have placed your order, take your time selecting what items you would like to include for your keepsake. If there's any specific requests about layout or design, include it on your note in the parcel. This note should also have your name and address so I know where to send your finished keepsake to. I will try my best to include all your thoughts regarding design and layout.

Sit back and relax

Once I receive your parcel, I will confirm with you that I have received and get to designing. Your keepsake will have a 6-8 week turnaround time from time of receipt. This may fluctuate dependent on availability but I will keep you informed at all times. If you have a special date as a deadline, please let me know and I will try to accommodate this. Once your keepsake is complete, I will post it back to you via a tracked delivery.
